Account data: name, email address and password (stored only as a secure hash).
Order data: items purchased, order totals, billing country and contact details.
Support data: messages you send us.
Technical data: basic logs needed to keep the store secure and working.

How we use it

To process orders, deliver voucher codes, provide support, prevent fraud and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal data.

Payments

Card details are handled by the payment provider and never stored on our servers. We keep only a payment reference and status.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting our support team. Some order records must be retained for accounting purposes.
