Refund policy
Digital vouchers have specific refund rules — please read before buying.
Generally refundable
- Orders where payment was taken but no voucher code was ever released.
- Duplicate charges for the same order.
- Orders cancelled before a voucher code was assigned.
Generally not refundable
- Vouchers whose code has been revealed, delivered or redeemed.
- Vouchers bought for the wrong region, provider or exam.
- Vouchers that have passed their expiration date.
- Exam results — a voucher pays for an attempt, not an outcome.
Requesting a refund
Contact support with your order number and the reason for the request. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method; processing time depends on your payment provider.
