Voucher purchase policy

What a voucher is, how it is delivered, and what you must check before buying.

Before you buy — your responsibility

Region: confirm the voucher's region covers where you will sit the exam.
Exam eligibility: confirm with the provider that you may sit the exam.
Expiration: check the validity window; expired vouchers cannot be extended.
Provider rules: redemption, rescheduling and no-show rules are set by the exam provider, not by us.
Refund terms: read the refund policy — revealed codes are generally final.

Delivery

Vouchers are digital. A code is assigned to your order only after the payment provider confirms payment, and is then available in your account voucher library and by email. Codes are never shown on public pages or returned by public APIs.

One code, one buyer

Each voucher code in our inventory is locked to a single order at the moment of fulfilment, so the same code can never be sold twice.

No guarantee of certification

Purchasing a voucher does not guarantee a pass, a certification, or the availability of a particular exam date or test centre.

Claims about reseller or partner status are only shown where an administrator has configured and verified them in store settings.
